Managing Director
Yavuz Birdal is a Managing Director and a Senior Equity Analyst focusing on Emerging Markets. He is based in Istanbul.
Mr. Birdal has 25 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to joining TRG in January 2022, he worked as Head of Research, overseeing PAAMCO Miren’s EM equity analysts’ stock selection process. Before PAAMCO Miren, Mr. Birdal held research and management positions with Black River Asset Management, Merrill Lynch, UBS, and FinansInvest.
Mr. Birdal has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Bogazici University.
