Consultant
Catalina is a Consultant and a member of TRG’s Forestry and Agriculture team.
Mrs. Demidchuk joined TRG in 2021 in the ESG and Impact function, subsequently taking on responsibility for Marketing and Communications before transitioning to the Forestry and Agriculture team in 2026.
Prior to TRG, Mrs. Demidchuk worked at Veracity Worldwide, a business intelligence firm, where she identified and assessed ESG and reputational risks for investors and multinational corporations in emerging markets. Prior to Veracity, she worked in the non-profit sector on sustainability and climate change projects, including the Natural Resources Defense Council and the World Resources Institute. Mrs. Demidchuk started her career in the public governance sector, implementing innovation and open-data projects with governments across Latin America.
Catalina holds a BS in Political Science from the Tec de Monterrey and an MPA concentrating on energy and environment from Columbia University.
