Director
Barry Murphy is a Director and a member of the Forestry & Agriculture investment team. He is based in Rotorua.
Prior to joining TRG in November 2021, Mr. Murphy held several roles at PF Ltd Olsen, New Zealand’s largest forest management company. His last role at Olsen’s was as General Manager Commercial Operations. Before joining PF Olsen, Barry was a senior forestry consultant at Chandler Fraser Keating in New Zealand.
Barry has a Bachelor of Forestry Science (with honors) from Canterbury University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Registered Member of the NZ Institute of Foresters.
