Prior to joining TRG in September 2023, Jugal worked as an Associate at J. P. Morgan covering Energy, Power, Renewables and Metals & Mining since 2020 with exposure to multiple transactions in emerging sub-sectors such as hydrogen, grid efficiency and nuclear energy, apart from conventional oil & gas and metals & mining sectors. Jugal started his career in 2016 as a Derivatives trader at Futures First, where he traded agricultural commodities in global markets.

Jugal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
