Consultant
Sze-Liang Lim is a Consultant in Asian Private Credit. He is based in Singapore.
Prior to joining TRG in February 2023, Sze-Liang Lim was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Private Credit at VI Capital where he was responsible for building the private credit platform. Before that, Mr. Lim spent five years at ADM Capital as Managing Director and Head of Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia where he was responsible and the execution of the private credit strategy in South-East Asia.
Previously, Mr. Lim has had extensive experience in the Asian credit and special situations space having worked at Nomura, CarVal Investors, Clearwater Capital Partners, and Goldman Sachs Singapore since 2006. Mr. Lim began his career at Goldman Sachs International in London in 1999 later relocating to Singapore in 2006.
Mr. Lim has a MSc in Finance from the London Business School, as well as a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London. He is fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Bahasa Indonesia.
