Debbie Fry serves as the Executive Assistant to TRG Management South Africa Proprietary Ltd CEO Stuart MacKenzie. She is also the Facilities Manager for the Johannesburg office.

Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Ms Fry was Executive Assistant and Facilities Manager for Ethos Private Equity, which was acquired by TRG.  Ms Fry was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Ethos for over 10 years and managed the facilities function of the Johannesburg office.  Prior to joining Ethos, Ms. Fry was a PA/EA at various financial institutions in the UK.

Ms. Fry holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality and Travel.
