Consultant
Ms. Cronje is a Consultant and member of the Africa Private Markets investment team. She is based in Switzerland.
Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Ms. Cronje was a Principal at Ethos Private Equity, which was acquired by TRG in April 2023.
Ms. Cronje joined Ethos in 2015 after 18 months in Corporate Finance at Macqaurie Capital and 1 year at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. During her tenure at Ethos, Ms. Cronje gained in-depth experience across the private equity value chain and was integrally involved in the Firm’s investment into Optasia (formerly ChannelVAS), Brait, Primedia and Eazi Access. She has held portfolio company responsibilities across fintech, media, wellness, manufacturing, FMCG and industrial services. Ms. Cronje also plays an integral role in Investor Relations, with involvement in fundraising and secondaries, as well as taking responsibility for the reporting on the Ninety One Africa Private Equity Funds.
Ms. Cronje holds a BCom Honours in Financial Analysis from the University of Stellenbosch. She speaks English and Afrikaans.
