Director
Craig Cooper is a Director and a member of the Legal & Compliance team, serving as Assistant General Counsel. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in February 2017, Mr. Cooper was an attorney in the private investment funds group at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he had a general corporate practice with an emphasis on representing private investment fund sponsors in structuring funds and portfolio investment activities as well as regulatory, compliance and operational matters.
Mr. Cooper received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a Business minor, from Colby College.
