Assistant Vice President
Beatrix Beytell is an Assistant Vice President and member of the Fund Accounting team serving as Fund Accountant: Private Markets (Africa). She is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Ms. Beytell was a Management & Fund Accountant for Ethos Private Equity, which was acquired by TRG.
Ms. Beytell joined Ethos in 1998 shortly after it was established. She has extensive accounting experience across large, mid-sized and specialized funds (including the Ethos Technology Fund) and also fulfills the management accounting role for Ethos Capital, a permanent capital vehicle listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Ms. Beytell holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Financial Management and is fluent in Afrikaans.
