Prior to joining TRG in April 2023, Ms. Ball was an Associate: Investor Relations for Ethos Private Equity, which was acquired by TRG. In this role she provided extensive support in due diligence and investor requests as well as providing cover to the Large Equity Fund investment team as needed.

Before working for Ethos, Ms. Ball spent 3yrs as an Associate at Agis Strategy, a division of the Monitor Group and founded an online business venture.

Ms. Ball holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.  She speaks English, Afrikaans and conversational French.
